Balloon
She died painfully
The small girl with the balloon
The soldiers guffawed

Story
I see pain, I see jeers
I see sadness all these years
Don't you know?
Life holds too many sad stories

Each and every story
Holds a truth to absent glory
Let it be known
Let it be known

I see love, I see fears
I see goodness all my dears
Don't you know?
Life is too short for worries

Become a person learned
And you will be rewarded
He will return
He will return

I see death, I see tears
I see misery and biers
Don't you know?
Life is sacred in all its glories

Killing your victims
Will never solve your problems
It'll make it worse
It'll make it worse

In your heart you will find
Renewed faith in humankind
Don't you know?
Our world is neighbouring cities

So love one another
Mother, sister, father, brother
Our children don't deserve
To face our mistakes

Skylark
My dreams have come true
They soar high like a skylark
I hope yours do to

Love
You touch my heart in ways I can't see
You make me happy as happy can be
The sound of your voice is a symphony
You're more than my destiny

The wind cradles the pure scent of you
Filling my mind with a breath of your hue
I can't remember a feeling as true
My lonely heart beats anew

Your skin feels warm to touch and to kiss
Your lips taste as sweet as heavenly bliss
Your eyes are shy yet I cannot dismiss
The frisson of your bodice

I will hold you now close to my chest
To keep you warm as my love will attest
The way I feel is so seldom expressed
I love you it is confessed

Friends
Hold on, reminisce and drown despair
My friends you are as sunlight and a breath of fresh air

Be true, I care for you, I'll be there
A promise I will keep till the end of days, I swear

If someday you're not feeling alright
I'll do all I can to make your day a bit more bright

Whenever the darkness blinds your sight
I pray that my love for you will keep your path alight

Blue
It was a soft spark
Amidst a blue hazy moon
As her lips met mine

Trees
As the fresh, awakening wooden breeze
So sharply and smoothly brushes my cheek
And the crunchy, crippling cloud I walk on
Reminds me of times I do wish to keep

I fall fast to this fast fall of tall trees
Vociferously my conscience doth shriek
For I am to see not what is foregone
But what has been yet unfrozen, I weep

Soliloquy
Sometimes I forget
I wonder if it was warm
The day I met her

Truth
There is only one truth
Believe that as you would believe the sun
And when the final shot of the rifle rings in your ear
When all that you see begins to fade
As time slows down and in that instant of change you fall
You will realise the truth untouched
May you have the courage to face your fears
And wash away the troubled coat of uncertainty
To begin another verse of your sanity
To recall that which has happened before is true
If little is what much can become
When all that is begets another truth variably
To the extent that what you understand to be
Is only as subtle as the force within
As the days become unearthed to defiance
And the nights repel all senses but one
Will the lever of age reveal a hint of a condition
That rarely is seen but is as cancer
One becomes two becoming more
Forever the faucet of life deteriorating

Demon
In times when hope is wavering
In places of dark despairing
When evil doth copulate
The demon will rule us all

In cities drowned deep in failing
In cultures quickly corroding
When people are obdurate
The demon will rule us all

In morals become degrading
In justice no longer serving
When truth becomes subjugate
The demon will rule us all
